Afterschool Program Group Leader
About This Role
The Group Leader is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. This involves collaborating with co-teachers to plan and implement activities that meet the unique needs and interests of each child. The Group Leader will also be involved in planning and executing daily schedules, supervising children during activities, and developing positive relationships with families and staff. During the summer months, the Group Leader will oversee our summer camp program, including planning field trips and on-campus adventures. This is a year-round, full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
